New Client Forms

BELOW IS ALL THE THINGS NEED TO FILE WITH ME!!   Documents needed to file: picture of your ID front and back, social security card,  Dependents Social security card,  Dependents Birthday,  current address,  contact phone number,  W2'S  if you worked a job and last years AGI off your 2021 1040 Tax Return if you filed last year and is a new customer....REPEAT THE AGI is for NEW CUSTOMERS ONLY!! Unemployment form if you received Unemployment last year. There is a $25 Quote fee that is due upfront. If you use me as your tax preparer,  the fee will be taken off the overall tax prep fees. If you don't move forward the $25 is non- refundable. I  don't process anyone taxes without their permission and my overall preparation fee is discussed.  Documents can be emailed to taxmasterpro101@gmail.com once you email everything come back on here and text me done. Also specify in your email if you are a new or old customer. Please don't forget to come text done so I can pull your information. Thanks
